WHO IS TECHBEAR?


TechBear is not an actual bear, he's a man called Matthew. Matthew began his professional career in Marketing working for a number of national home improvement brands, before entering the wonderful world of IT. In the past ten years Matthew has served as an ICT Technician, Network Manager and IT Director working in the education sector.




WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?


TechBear will lend help wherever it is needed but is currently focussing on areas within the PO postcode. Current clients are based in Portsmouth, Southsea, Waterlooville, Fareham, and Chichester.




WILL YOU COME TO ME?


Absolutely yes! Where possible TechBear will try to resolve issues over the phone, via emai, or through remote support. But when the time is right, and the help is needed, the TechBear will come to you.




DO YOU DO EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS?


Yes. If you need assistance it will be arranged for a time convenient to you.




WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO GET IN TOUCH?


Any time, through the wonders of modern technology TechBear is available 24/7.




HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?


A call-out to your home or place of business is free. Charges are calculated based upon your requirements. TechBear's approach is to talk with you to understand your requirements, consider the urgency of the task, and deliver a solution within your budget. Before any work commences a quotation will be supplied and agreed.




DO YOU DO BUSINESSES AS WELL AS PRIVATE?


Yes! TechBear is currently supporting a number of small businesses in the local area. Some purchase hardware, some simply need websites, others receive ongoing support (without the hassle and additional cost of a service contract).




WHAT IF YOU CAN'T HELP ME?


In the unlikely event that the scale or complexity of the issue exceeds TechBear's capacity, he has a wealth of industry contacts and trustworthy local partners who can also help.




DO YOU SELL STUFF CHEAP?


Yes. TechBear cannot stand seeing people over-spend their hard earned money. TechBear has a number of local and national partners ready to supply whatever hardware or software you require, and the good news is that invariably my pricing will beat other popular online and highstreet retailers.




HOW CAN I PAY TECHBEAR?


TechBear will happily accept Cash, Cheque, National Bank Transfers or PayPal payments. In some special circumstances he will also accept Reese's chocolatey peanut-butter treats.
